LaFrance Associates is the evaluator for the Forum of Regional Grantmaker’s multi-year Regional Infrastructure in Action Initiative. The initiative will increase the effectiveness of philanthropy by strengthening capacity in the areas of transparency and accountability. It utilizes a sophisticated four-pronged approach that represents a proactive strategy to move philanthropy out in front on these critical issues.
